Debby Farmer, Director of Community Relations

Debby FarmerDebby is a Licensed Social Worker and has worked over 30 years in the senior living industry, beginning her career as an Activity Director and Social Worker in Skilled Nursing settings. From there, Debby transitioned to the sales and marketing side of health care working in Senior Living, Hospice, and Home Health services.

Debby and her husband have been residents of the Milford/Loveland area for 25 years, love the local community, and are excited to have Magnolia Springs in their own backyard!

Her passion to help families and their loved ones find the right solution for their needs keeps her coming back to the Assisted Living and Memory Care arena.


Bethany Beckham, Director of Memory Way

Bethany Beckham joined the Magnolia Springs Loveland team in June of 2019 as the Director of Memory Way. She comes to us from the Magnolia Springs in Louisville, Kentucky where she served as the Director of Resident Services for two and a half years. Bethany has a wealth of experience and has been a Registered Nurse for 28 years. As an advocate for seniors, she has provided coaching to patients to improve their self-management of chronic diseases, thereby improving their quality of life. Bethany shares our passion for providing exceptional customer service and resident care in a safe, loving, home-like environment. She considers it an honor to work at Magnolia Springs with such active seniors and enjoys getting to know each and every one of our residents.

Jackie Davis, Director of Life Enrichment

Jackie Davis is a Music Therapist, and has 26 years of experience of working with seniors.  Jackie is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and interned at the Veterans Hospital in Yountville, California.  She also has spent much of her career teaching private piano and guitar lessons, Kindermusik classes, and contracting to Senior Living communities in Dayton and Cincinnati.  Jackie is Music and Memory certified and a facilitator for Opening Minds through Art (OMA). Her favorite days include travel and hiking with her husband Jeff, and three energetic boys.

Dennis Heffner, Director of Plant Operations

Dennis HeffnerAs a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Dennis has served the senior community for the past 27 years. Dennis finds the rich history of seniors fascinating and believes in providing great service with a smile. He takes the safety and security of all residents seriously and has always worked closely with local and state officials to insure peace of mind.

Dennis is a member of the NFPA and has received a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist certification from the Safety Council of Northwest Ohio. Having studied at the University of Cincinnati, Ashland College, and Scarlet Oaks, Dennis realizes his most valuable education has come from working with seniors.

At home, Dennis is usually busy working on home projects or playing and teaching guitar. He lives in Eastgate with his wife, Betty, and their dog, Elsie – a rescue and former senior living “house” dog.

Kim Davis, Business Office Manager

Kim DavisKim recieved a Bachelors Degree, from Denison University. Shortly after college, she began working for HCR Manor Care, in a Skilled Nursing Facility, as the Business Office Manager. She continued working there for 15 years. After this, she was the Administrator for a large, and very busy, orthopedic practice, for 6 years. Kim has now been in Assisted Living for 2 1/2 years. She is very passionate about our residents.
Kim lives in West Chester. She moved back to Ohio, a few years ago, after 21 years in South Florida. In Kim’s spare time she enjoys cooking, Pilates, and long walks outdoors.
