Nestled in a beautiful, suburban setting close to both I-275 and I-71, Magnolia Springs is just a short hop to dozens of wonderful restaurants, upscale shopping, movie theatres, and lovely parks. The charming, vibrant downtown areas of both Loveland and nearby Milford are just minutes away. Visiting family and friends will love the Little Miami Bike Trail which runs right through the heart of Loveland, and the nearby Loveland Castle, a 10th-century-style castle constructed of local river rock, is a must see. And with downtown Cincinnati less than 30 minutes away, there are always plenty of fun things to do!

Katie Huff
Executive Director
Katie joined the amazing family that is Magnolia Springs team in October 2019. Prior to joining the community, Katie has served at other communities around the Cincinnati area in the Executive Director role for the past 13 years. She began her journey into senior living in college at Ohio University while studying Health Care Administration and Long-Term Care.

Brandi Wilson
Director of Health Services
Brandi comes to Magnolia Springs with over 14 years’ experience in the nursing and caregiving field. Initially a caregiver in Assisted Living and then as an LPN. She then gained her RN at Galen and has worked in Hospice, Skilled Nursing, Mental Health, and Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers. Brandi is from Cincinnati and attended Princeton Hight School.

Kim Davis
Business Office Manager
I am the Business Office Manager and Human Resources Manager here at Magnolia Springs. I have been working in the Skilled Nursing and Assisted living settings for the last 30 years, and at Magnolia Springs since it opened. The joy of working with seniors has kept me in the industry so long. The interactions, conversation, and occasional hugs make every day worthwhile. While I am not at work, I enjoy cooking, long walks, and am addicted to Pilates. Trying to stay healthy so I can live as long as our delightful resident that is 104!

Jackie Davis
Life Enrichment Director
Jackie Davis has been working with seniors for 24 years. She is a graduate of Ohio University, with a degree in Music Therapy. After completing an internship at the Yountville Veterans Home, she has worked as a contract music therapist, Kindermusik Educator, and Director of Life Enrichment. Jackie has been with Magnolia Springs since April of 2019, and has a passion for music,

Tina Taylor
Memory Way Director
Tina has been nurse for almost 25 years and is passionate about what she does. Since s a little girl, she knew she wanted to do something that involved helping others. She has worked with many age groups and settings in her career but says, “my absolute favorite is working with older adults and especially those with any type of memory challenges.

Debby Farmer
Director of Community Relations
Debby is a Licensed Social Worker and has worked over 30 years in the senior living industry, beginning her career as an Activity Director and Social Worker in Skilled Nursing settings. From there, Debby transitioned to the sales and marketing side of health care working in Senior Living, Hospice, and Home Health services. She has been with Magnolia Springs Loveland since January of 2017.

Dennis Heffner
Director of Plant Operations
Dennis is our Director of Plant Operations and has been employed with Magnolia Springs of Loveland since August 2017, before construction was completed. With 30 years of experience working with seniors, Dennis shared that “the process of opening a new community was a great experience.” Dennis is proud to be part of building and community that has become successful in giving great care to our residents.

Eric Leach
Director of Dining Services
Eric Leach is the Executive Chef and Director of dining services for Magnolia Springs, Loveland. He is from Middletown, OH and a 2005 Graduate of Madison High School. After high school he attended the Le Cordon Bleu at Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. During this time, he worked in upscale restaurants as well as catering. Eric then moved back to the Cincinnati area and
Life Care Services. The Leader in Senior Living.
